These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of SSIT websites, software, plugins, APIs, support channels, and any related paid or free digital services.
1. Acceptance and Contract Formation
By creating an account, placing an order, accessing downloads, activating a license, or using any SSIT service, you agree to these Terms and linked policies (Privacy, Refund, and Shipping). If you act on behalf of an organization, you confirm authority to bind that organization.
2. Product Models and Entitlements
- Lifetime license: one-time payment; use rights continue under the purchased license scope.
- Subscription license: recurring billing; access and updates are tied to an active paid period.
- Service components: some features may depend on third-party APIs, hosting, or integrations.
3. Account and Security Responsibilities
You are responsible for account credentials, authorized usage, and activities under your account. You must promptly notify SSIT of unauthorized access, credential compromise, or suspicious behavior.
4. License Grant and Restrictions
Unless otherwise stated, SSIT grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use purchased products according to your plan. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share license keys without written permission.
- Reverse engineer, bypass technical restrictions, or remove ownership notices.
- Use products for unlawful purposes, malware distribution, or rights-infringing activity.
- Exceed project/user/domain limits defined by your purchased license.
5. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment Terms
Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time for future purchases. You are responsible for applicable taxes, withholding obligations, and bank/payment-provider fees. Failed or reversed payments can result in access suspension or order cancellation.
6. Subscription Renewal, Pause, and Termination
Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation prevents future charges and keeps access until the current paid cycle ends. SSIT may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, legal non-compliance, or material breach of these Terms.
7. Delivery, Updates, and Product Changes
Products are digitally delivered. SSIT may release patches, fixes, security updates, and compatibility improvements. We may also modify, deprecate, or discontinue features for security, legal, or operational reasons, with commercially reasonable notice when practical.
8. Support Boundaries
Support covers installation guidance, defect triage, and usage clarification within plan scope. Support does not include unlimited custom development, unsupported environment debugging, or third-party platform issues outside SSIT control unless separately contracted.
9. Third-Party Services and Dependencies
Certain functions may rely on third-party infrastructure and APIs. SSIT is not responsible for outages, policy changes, deprecations, or pricing changes introduced by third-party providers.
10. Intellectual Property and Feedback
All rights, title, and interest in SSIT software, trademarks, documentation, and content remain with SSIT or licensors. Feedback provided by users may be used by SSIT to improve products without payment obligations.
11. Warranties and Disclaimers
Except where explicitly stated, services and products are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. SSIT disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSIT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to amounts paid by you for the affected product in the relevant claim period, unless law prohibits this limitation.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SSIT harmless from claims, losses, and costs resulting from your misuse, unlawful activity, content violations, or breach of these Terms.
14. Force Majeure
SSIT is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including internet outages, infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, government actions, or natural disasters.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are interpreted under applicable governing laws stated in your contract or invoice context. Parties should first attempt good-faith resolution before formal legal proceedings, unless urgent injunctive relief is required.
16. Changes to Terms
SSIT may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms apply from publication date unless a different effective date is stated.
