SSIT provides digital-only delivery for software products, plugins, licenses, and subscriptions. We do not ship physical goods.
1. Delivery Channels
Depending on product type, delivery can include:
- Direct secure download links.
- Account dashboard entitlement and product access.
- License key issuance and activation instructions.
- Subscription activation on payment confirmation.
2. Delivery Times and Activation Window
- Most orders are delivered automatically within minutes.
- Manual verification, fraud screening, or payment gateway delays can extend delivery up to 24 hours (or longer during exceptional events).
- Business-critical manual provisioning requests may require additional identification and confirmation.
3. Subscription and Renewal Delivery
For subscriptions, access is granted for the paid cycle and may auto-renew if enabled. Access may be limited or suspended after failed renewal attempts until payment is completed.
4. Customer Delivery Requirements
To receive and use delivered products, you must:
- Provide a valid purchase email address.
- Maintain secure account credentials.
- Use compatible software/hardware environments as documented.
- Allow delivery emails and notifications from SSIT domains.
5. Failed or Missing Delivery
If you do not receive access, first check spam/junk folders and account dashboard status. Then contact /contact with your order ID and payment proof. We will verify and re-issue delivery where applicable.
6. Geographic and Regulatory Limitations
Digital delivery may be restricted in certain regions due to sanctions, export controls, payment provider limitations, or legal requirements. Orders affected by lawful restrictions may be cancelled or refunded according to applicable law.
7. No Physical Shipment Fees or Returns
Because products are digital, there are no courier fees, customs duties, physical return labels, or parcel transit estimates.
8. Support for Delivery Issues
Our support team assists with download issues, activation problems, entitlement corrections, and account access restoration after identity/order verification.
