Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to software products, plugins, templates, add-ons, API integrations, and related digital services sold by System Solve IT (SSIT).

1. Scope and Digital Product Nature

All products are delivered digitally and may include source code, compiled files, license keys, account activation, hosted access, update channels, and documentation. Because delivery and access are usually immediate, purchases are generally non-refundable unless an eligible exception below applies or local law requires otherwise.

2. Eligibility for Refunds (General)

A refund request may be approved when one or more of the following conditions are verified by our team:

  • Product cannot be accessed, downloaded, or activated due to a platform-side issue.
  • A critical defect prevents core advertised functionality and no practical fix/workaround is provided within a reasonable support period.
  • The delivered item materially differs from the published product description at purchase time.
  • Duplicate charges were processed for the same order due to billing error.

3. Lifetime License Purchases

For one-time lifetime licenses, refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the transaction date unless applicable law sets a longer mandatory period. After this window, refunds are generally not available.

4. Subscription Purchases

Subscription plans (monthly/yearly) are billed in advance. You can cancel auto-renewal any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future charges and access remains active until the end of the paid period.

  • Unused time in an active billing period is normally non-refundable.
  • Renewal charges may be reviewed for refund if requested quickly after renewal and if no substantial service usage occurred in that cycle.
  • Trial-to-paid conversions follow the trial terms shown at checkout.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Change of mind after successful delivery or activation.
  • Incompatibility with third-party tools, themes, plugins, hosting, or custom environments not listed as supported.
  • Customer-side issues caused by modifications, misuse, security breaches, or unsupported server settings.
  • Failure to read product requirements, license scope, or feature limits before purchase.
  • Requests made outside the applicable refund window.
  • Products purchased during special promotions marked as non-refundable.

6. Delivery, Access, and Revocation After Refund

If a refund is approved, all granted rights and access may be revoked, including license keys, downloads, update channels, and support entitlements. Continued use of refunded products is prohibited.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before opening a chargeback, contact support so we can resolve the issue quickly. If a chargeback is initiated, access may be suspended during investigation. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in permanent account restrictions.

8. Refund Processing Times

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank, typically between 5 and 15 business days after approval.

9. How to Request a Refund

Submit requests through /contact with:

  • Order ID and transaction date.
  • Purchase email and account details.
  • Technical evidence (screenshots, logs, error messages, reproduction steps) where relevant.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this policy to reflect legal, operational, or product changes. The latest published version governs new purchases from its effective date.
